Here the owners decided to make renovation with redevelopment into a studio and, naturally, it was necessary to replace the floors. And the arrangement of floors in the apartments of this old house is schematically like this:
   
 
These wooden beams are like logs on which very old creaky floorboards lie. Under the boards there are voids in which various construction debris is poured.
 
Of course, the builders removed the boards, cleaned out the debris and immediately called us to fill the voids with our eco-friendly insulation - D200 monolithic foam concrete:
 
   
 
No other material would have been able to solve all issues with these floors at once and in the most profitable way. And these questions were as many as six:
   
 
Then a screed will be made on top of the foam concrete (after it has dried in a couple of days), because foam concrete is a fairly light material, and it is undesirable to walk on it. And on top of the screed, you can already lay parquet, laminate or linoleum.
 
   
 
We laid such a common plastic film under the foam concrete as waterproofing. And now almost everything is beautifully flooded. Now the floors will be warm, reliable and durable.
